BEDGEAR®, renowned in the sleep industry for pushing boundaries to offer innovative solutions for people who aspire to Wake Ready®, today officially unveiled its expanded global headquarters in Farmingdale, New York with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local officials, business leaders, and community partners.
Backed by an investment of more than $2 million, the expansion doubles the size of the Farmingdale facility to 25,000 square feet and grows BEDGEAR's Long Island team by more than 20 percent. The investment reinforces the company's long-term commitment to New York while supporting continued global growth.
Born on Long Island in 2009, BEDGEAR has grown into a global brand with a presence in 36 countries and counting. Yet its foundation remains local; with continued investment in New York alongside expanding operations in Rock Hill, S.C., and Salt Lake City, Utah as part of its commitment to American manufacturing and job creation.
"Long Island built me. It shaped how I think, how I work, and how I lead. This expansion is personal. We're not just growing square footage; we're investing in people, in community, and in the future of American innovation. No matter how global we become, this will always be home." Eugene Alletto, Founder & CEO, BEDGEAR
A Next-Generation Showroom
The newly expanded headquarters introduces a next-generation showroom built to showcase BEDGEAR's belief that One Size Does Not Fit All™. The space is designed for personalized, in-house fittings; allowing partners, customers, and visitors to experience how Performance® Sleep Systems are personally fit to individual body types, sleep positions, and temperature preferences.
"When people feel what a personalized fit actually does for their sleep, it changes everything. Better alignment. Better airflow. Better recovery. This showroom brings that to life in a real way. It's not about selling products. It's about helping people wake ready to take on what's next." Eugene Alletto, Founder & CEO, BEDGEAR
Creative Studio and Team Amenities
The expansion also includes a state-of-the-art creative studio, building on BEDGEAR's long-standing in-house creative capabilities. The enhanced space empowers the Creative Team to move faster, think bigger, and produce at a higher level; strengthening the brand's ability to deliver impactful storytelling across global marketing channels.
The facility also features a new employee kitchen and fitness center, supporting the wellbeing, energy, and daily readiness of the BEDGEAR team.
Local Leaders Attend the Ribbon-Cutting
The ribbon-cutting ceremony welcomed regional and local leaders including Reginald Holder, representative for New York State Senator Monica Martinez; Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor Joseph Saladino; Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer; Town of Babylon Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez; and Suffolk County Deputy Commissioner of Economic Development and Planning Rory Whelan, alongside members of the Chamber of Commerce and local business community.

BEDGEAR Partners with Canine Companions
As part of the celebration, BEDGEAR partnered with Canine Companions; a Long Island-based national nonprofit that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained service dogs at no cost to recipients. Since 1975, Canine Companions has placed more than 8,500 service dogs and now operates six regional training centers across the United States.
In support of the organization's mission, BEDGEAR donated Performance® Pillows, Mattress Protectors, and Sheet Sets for the expansion of a dormitory; helping furnish 10 additional dorm rooms in the Northeast region. These rooms provide a free, two-week stay for individuals including children with autism, adults with spinal cord injuries, and veterans with PTSD as they receive their service dogs and training, ensuring they can rest comfortably alongside their new companions.
"Giving back to this community isn't an initiative for us. It's who we are. We've had the support of incredible local leaders, partners, and organizations along the way, and that comes with responsibility. As we grow, so does our commitment to show up, give back, and make a real impact where it matters most." Eugene Alletto, Founder & CEO, BEDGEAR
From Long Island to a global stage, BEDGEAR continues to invest in innovation, people, and purpose; proving that growth and roots can move forward together.
