Get It Right the First Time
We understand that one-size-fits-all doesn’t work for everyone, especially when it comes to your sleep. The bedding industry's standard approach often leads to high return rates, with many returned items ending up in landfills—a cycle that generates unnecessary waste and CO₂ emissions. It’s time for a change.

Personalized to Fit You
Enter BEDGEAR®, where a personalized fit is at the core of everything we do. From selecting the right pillow to choosing the perfect mattress, our products are designed to meet individual sleep needs and comfort preferences. By engineering products with modularity and personal fit in mind, we significantly decrease the likelihood of returns and comfort exchanges.

Sustainable Impact
By fitting you for the right products from the start, BEDGEAR actively reduces the industry’s carbon footprint. Fewer returns mean less waste, lower CO₂ emissions, and fewer products reaching landfills. With over 18 million mattresses discarded annually in the U.S., our approach not only boosts customer satisfaction, it helps protect the planet.

Eco-Friendly Comfort
By incorporating upcycled materials into our product lines, we can offer eco-friendly comfort without compromising on quality or performance. Our dedication to circularity is a testament to our commitment to innovation, quality, and environmental stewardship.
Recycling in Action
Our commitment to recycling is a fundamental part of our operations influencing every decision we make.
290K +
lbs. of cardboard recycledEach year, we recycle an average of 290,000 lbs. of cardboard, equivalent to saving approximately 2,870 trees.
330K +
lbs. of plastic recycledWe upcycle around 330,000 lbs. of plastic into our manufacturing annually, which is equivalent to about 13 million plastic water bottles.
744K +
lbs. of materials upcycledEach year, we redirect 744,000 lbs. of foam and latex back into our manufacturing processes, diverting this waste from landfills.
Eco-Friendly Innovation
Sustainability is built into every product we create. More than 50% of the materials used in our pillows are recycled.

Responsible Sourcing
Each of our Performance® Pillows innovatively upcycles an average of 35 plastic water bottles into the recycled polyester of our patented fiber blend. Our recycled polyester is made from plastic bottles which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into high quality staple fibers. In addition to reducing waste, recycled poly lowers carbon emissions by up to 30% compared to virgin poly. We divert a growing average of 13MM bottles from landfills and waterways from this process annually.

Sustainably Sourced
At BEDGEAR, we prioritize sustainable packaging by sourcing certified materials. Currently, 100% of our domestic cardboard packaging is certified by the Sustainable Forest Initiative® and most of our international cardboard packaging is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Our goal is to ensure all packaging is certified sustainable and fully recyclable by 2026.
Thoughtfully Engineered
Embrace a future of sustainable sleep with BEDGEAR®. Our commitment to the environment is woven into every product
we design. From modular components that extend product lifespan to materials that save waste and energy.

Modular Design
Our innovative modular designs allow for easy maintenance and updates, right in the comfort of your home. With BEDGEAR®, longevity is built in. Our pillows and M3 mattresses are meticulously engineered to not only offer superior comfort but also a longer lifespan, reducing waste and the need for frequent replacements.

Removable and Washable Covers
Most of our pillows are designed with removable and washable covers. Equipped with one or two zippers, they allow for the internal support Chambers to be easily accessed for spot cleaning. What’s more, each cover is machine washable and crafted from hydrophobic materials that require less water and energy to maintain.

Mattresses Made Better
Our M3 Performance® Mattress redefines the way we think about mattress sustainability. With its modular structure, the M3 is customizable, easy to clean, and simple to update. This flexibility significantly cuts down on the ecological impact by minimizing the need to replace entire mattresses. Less waste, more sustainability.

Customizable and Recyclable
The M3 is among the few mattresses that can be personalized both before and after purchase. Our Independent Suspension™ units are not only interchangeable but also recyclable. This allows you to adjust your comfort level without the guilt of contributing to landfill waste, paving the way for a cleaner, greener tomorrow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick Answers to questions you may have.
Can't Find what you're looking for?
Contact Us1.How do I know when my trees have been planted?
Our trees go through a rigorous verification process using blockchain technology, a secure and transparent way of ensuring that every tree is planted and never double-counted. Once the trees are planted, the verification technology is then used to time-stamp and geo-locate every tree that goes into the ground. This helps us and our partners monitor real planting data, survivability, and climate impact over time. Doing things the right way takes time, so your trees will be planted within 6 months of purchase.
2.Is the land planted on public or privately owned? For how long is the land protected and under what agreement?
In the last 7 years, the government has come up with measures to protect, conserve, and welcome the private sector to participate in conservation efforts. The Kenya Forest Service has established guidelines for tree planting and maintenance, protection and conservation.
3.Are the trees planted from seeds or saplings?
In Kenya, the mangrove forests are planted directly from propagules, foot-long seeds.
4.Where do you purchase the seed/saplings from?
The overwhelming percentage of our seeds are collected by local villagers that travel into nearby remnant forests to collect native species tree seeds. We also have Forest Adjacent Community members that have been trained to become producers of quality tree seedlings.
5.What is the survival rate?
Between years three and five the young mangrove trees begin to produce their own propagules (baby mangrove trees) resulting in h5 proliferation of natural regeneration. Multiple studies demonstrate the initial survival rate combined with natural regeneration results in a luxuriant impact ranging between 150 and 500 percent.
6.How do you track the number of trees you have successfully planted? How often do you adjust those numbers for trees that have died?
Our planting team leaders, with the use of verification technology, count and sort the number of seedlings produced in the nurseries and or mangrove propagules collected. We then plant the seedlings and prorogues within designated sites. The verification technology allows us to ensure that every tree is accounted for. A percentage of seedling and propagule mortality is of course inevitable. What we have discovered is mortality becomes irrelevant as natural regeneration begins to occur and begins to multiply impact. At our mangrove sites, natural regeneration typically exceeds 200% of the original number planted. Nature finds a way whenever humans cooperate.
