By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS (Short Message Service) and/or RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages from BEDGEAR, you consent to receive text messages from us, including transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) and promotional messages (such as special offers, new product announcements, and exclusive deals).
How to Opt In
You may opt in to BEDGEAR SMS/RCS messaging by providing your mobile phone number at checkout, on our website, or through another BEDGEAR opt-in mechanism and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/RCS messages from BEDGEAR at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No Sharing of Mobile Information
Mobile opt-in information and consent (including phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is collected solely for BEDGEAR’s use in sending the communications you have consented to receive. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to any unaffiliated third party without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services you have requested (e.g., using a messaging platform to deliver texts on our behalf).
Data Use
Your mobile number and messaging preferences are used solely to send the SMS/RCS communications you have consented to receive. We do not use your mobile number for any purpose inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or your expressed preferences.
